12 Tbsp. cocoa (powdered)
4 Tbsp. canola oil
2/3 c. light margarine
2 c. sugar
8 egg whites
1 tsp. mint extract
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray baking pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch) with cooking spray.
Mix ingredients and spread in pan.
Bake 30 minutes; cool.
Cut into squares. Serves 32.
