Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1/4 c. carrots, finely chopped
1/4 c. celery, finely chopped
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
3 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste
4 c. milk
dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Combine potatoes, carrots, celery and onion in a large pot. Cover with water and bring to a boil.
Lower heat and allow vegetables to cook just until tender.
Add milk, butter and seasonings.
Simmer until hot.
