Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 onion, diced
    1 tsp. sage
    1/4 c. milk
    1 small can chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 shoulder pork chops, boneless
    1 loaf bread, dried and broken into small pieces
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Boil celery and onions until tender; drain.
    Add milk, sage, salt, pepper and margarine.
    Then add bread pieces.
    Pour on enough broth to moisten; mix well.
    Set aside.
