Ingredients

1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
6 Tbsp. granulated sugar
6 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp. coffee liqueur
6 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sift together flour and baking soda; set aside.
Beat together butter and sugars.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake for 13 minutes or until light brown.
Cool on rack.
Makes about 50 cookies.
