Tuna Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans tuna, packed in oil
    8 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. dry onion flakes
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add flour and cook well.
    Add milk, stirring gently to make a very heavy cream sauce.
    Add seasoning and drained tuna.
    Chill overnight.
    Make into croquettes (cylinder shape) and roll in corn flake crumbs.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven until bubbly.
    Makes 10.
