Whatever Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bags mixed frozen vegetables (beans, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, etc.)
    1 can chopped pimentos
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of celery, mushroom or chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Mix vegetables, water chestnuts, pimentos, cheese and 1/2 can onions into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Then mix the milk with soup and pour over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, until carrots are tender.
    Sprinkle remaining onions on top and bake for 15 minutes longer.
