Sweet Potato Pie(Makes 2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 medium sweet potatoes
1/4 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 pie crusts

Preparation

Cream potatoes; add sugar and butter, eggs, milk, nutmeg, vanilla and lemon flavoring.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until it browns.
