Ingredients

sugar-free or regular pistachio pudding
small (6 oz.) can crushed pineapple
mini marshmallows
8 oz. Cool Whip (regular or light)
Preparation

Place pudding and pineapple with juice in bowl. Stir together. Add marshmallows (approximately 1 cup).
Then fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate before serving.
