Cookie Press Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Fill barrel of cookie press with mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 until set but not brown.
Carefully remove from pan.
