Toad In The Hole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Lightly grease a skillet.
Add sausages and cook gently, until lightly browned on all sides.
Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Beat eggs well. Add milk, flour and salt.
Beat until smooth and pour over sausages in skillet.
Bake 25 minutes until batter is browned and set.
