Chicken Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced across the \"grain\" in 3/4-inch strips
    1 c. corn flake crumbs (ready-made crumbs are cheaper than the cereal!)
    1 1/4 tsp. Spike seasoning
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Combine cereal crumbs and seasoning.
    Beat oil into egg whites.
    Roll chicken pieces in egg mixture, then in crumbs. Spread out on a greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
