Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. oatmeal
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar until creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased and floured cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
