Ingredients

2 c. boiled rice
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. soft butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. raisins
1 tsp. lemon juice or nutmeg
Preparation

Combine milk with rest of ingredients.
Pour rice over mixture.
Mix well with fork.
Pour into greased baking dish. Bake pudding in moderately slow oven until set.
Serve hot or cold.
