Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. softened butter
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
2 Tbsp. softened butter
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Process and pat into 9 or 10-inch pie plate the first 3 ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour before adding filling.
