Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rhubarb
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3 large eggs, slightly beaten
    2 2/3 Tbsp. milk
    4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix sugar, eggs, milk and flour by hand.
    Add rhubarb and stir well.
    Pour into 10-inch unbaked pie shell.
    Dot with butter and cinnamon.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
