Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
    1/2 c. water
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 large onion
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Brown the meat in oil; salt and pepper lightly.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover tightly and bake at 275\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 until done, about 3 hours.
