German Beefsteak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. each: beef tenderloin, liver and pork loin
    1 small onion, cut in 3 pieces
    1 small bottle catsup
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    4 Chinese link sausages
    1 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation
    Cut the beef, liver and pork into strips.
    Marinate in soy sauce, lemon juice and pepper for one hour.
    Drain the meat; set aside the marinade.
    Half fry all the meat and Chinese sausage. Add catsup and marinade; simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add onion and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Serve hot with rice or bread.
