Batter Fried Apple Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    2 medium apples
Preparation
    Beat Bisquick, egg and milk with rotary beater until smooth. Grease griddle.
    Cut apples into 1/8-inch slices.
    Dip slices into batter.
    Cook on hot griddle until golden brown, turning once. Serve hot.
    Suggest syrup, jelly or confectioners sugar.
