Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. melted butter
    4 c. diced rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix until crumbly; press half of crumbs into greased 9-inch pan.
    Cover with rhubarb.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Cook until thick and pour over rhubarb.
    Top with remaining crumbs. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Cut into squares.
    Serve warm plain or with Cool Whip.
