Roman Holiday Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Crisco
    4 c. cooked spaghetti
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in melted Crisco.
    Add meat and seasonings; cook 5 minutes.
    Place a layer of spaghetti in baking dish; add meat, another layer of spaghetti, repeating until all ingredients are used.
    Pour in tomatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake, covered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove cover and continue to bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown cheese.
