Sweet Corn Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. yellow corn meal
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. corn syrup
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients.
Combine eggs, milk and separately mix the flour mixture and the milk mixture together.
Grease muffin tins and fill each cup 1/2 full of batter.
Bake 9 to 12 minutes or until golden brown at 450\u00b0.
