Chocolate Marshmallow Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c sugar
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin 1 tbsp
    2 1/4 c milk
    1 sq unsweetened chocolate
    11 to 16 large marshmallows cut up
    1/4 c ground nuts if desired
    2 egg whites stiffly beaten
    1 c whipping cream whipped stiff
Preparation
    Blend sugar, gelatin, milk, and chocolate thoroughly in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, just until mixture comes to a boil. Place pan in cold water, cool until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from spoon. Stir in marshmallows and nuts.Fold in egg whites and whipped cream. Chill 4 hrs. 8 servings.
