Mock Veal Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    pinch of ground nutmeg
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. flour
    breadcrumbs
    juice of 1 lemon
    butter
    broth
Preparation
    Combine eggs, turkey, garlic, cheese, nutmeg, salt and pepper and enough breadcrumbs to shape meat into patties.
    Brown patties in butter until well browned.
    Remove and keep warm.
    Add flour to butter in pan and cook, making paste.
    Add juice of lemon.
    Stir. Now add enough chicken broth to make gravy consistency and serve over cutlets.
    Serves 4.
