Oatmeal Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten eggs
    1 c. Karo syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pie shell
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. oatmeal (not the instant kind) or 2 c. instant oats
Preparation
    Mix well and pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell and bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    This pie has the look of a pecan pie and its consistency, too.
    You mix it, cook it and eat it!
    So simple, its too good to be true.
