Cranberry Apple Walnut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. apples, peeled, cored and chopped
3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil (Wesson)
1 egg
1 1/2 c. white flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. cranberries, chopped
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven.
Grease 8 1/4 x 4 1/2 x 2-inch loaf pan. Combine apples, sugar and oil in medium bowl.
Add egg, mix well. Combine flour, baking powder and soda in separate bowl.
Add apple mixture.
Stir until dry ingredients are moist (do not overmix, do not beat).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until center springs back when pressed with fingertip.
