Easy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boned chicken breasts
    1 egg, beaten
    seasoned bread crumbs
    butter or margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    wine (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Dip chicken in egg and roll in bread crumbs.
    Brown chicken in butter or margarine to lightly brown.
    Transfer to baking dish. Mix wine with soup; stir well.
    Pour over chicken.
    Cover dish and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
