Red Velvet Cake Iii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1/2 oz.) bottles red or green food coloring
    3 Tbsp. Nestle milk chocolate cocoa
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 whole eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. cake flour, sifted several times
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix food coloring with cocoa.
    Let stand.
    Cream Crisco with sugar; add eggs.
    Add colored paste.
    Beat well.
    Add buttermilk, cake flour (sifted), salt, vinegar and soda.
    Mix in by hand. Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 2 layers.
