Basic Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 can kidney beans
3 4 oz. cans tomato sauce
Preparation

Brown hamburger, onion and chili powder together. Drain, if necessary. Add kidney beans and tomato sauce, Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with cheese and chopped onions for topping.
