Texas Caviar - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can hominy, drained
1 can black-eyed peas, drained
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium bell pepper, diced
4 green onions
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. picante sauce
salt and pepper
Preparation

Refrigerate for 24 hours.
