Ham And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean ham, sliced in cubes
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 stick oleo
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place frozen hash browns in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Melt 1 stick oleo and pour on top.
Mix sour cream, soup, cheese, salt and pepper together.
Layer ham on top of hash browns.
Pour mixture on top.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
