Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
1/2 c. tarragon or wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. dill weed
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
5 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. fresh chives
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
Preparation
-
Coat broccoli, mushrooms, cauliflower, ripe olives, carrots, celery, etc.
Let marinate at least 1 day.
