Diabetic Blueberry Muffin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 pinch of baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. Sweet 'N Low
    1 c. milk
    1 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen
Preparation
    Mix egg, milk and oil in one bowl.
    Mix flour, soda and baking powder,
    then add to egg mixture until moist.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Pour\tinto greased muffin (or use Pam).
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
