Caramel Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 (1 lb.) box brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour (all-purpose)
    2 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped pecans
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Melt
    margarine
    and
    sugar
    in double boiler or on low heat. Add
    eggs
    and beat well. Add flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla.
    Beat
    until
    smooth.
    Stir in pecans. Pour into greased and
    floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut in small squares.
