One-Step Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. lasagne noodles
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. cottage cheese
    3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Microwave the ground beef until no longer pink.
    Drain off fat.
    Add spaghetti sauce, water and the salt.
    In a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish, layer 1/3 of the sauce, 1/2 of uncooked noodles, 1 cup cottage cheese and 1/2 of the Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, ending with sauce.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover tightly and microwave on High for 10 minutes.
    Rotate dish. Microwave on 70% powder for 20 minutes or until noodles are tender.
    Let stand, covered, for 10 minutes.
    Additional cheese may be sprinkled on top after baking, if desired.
