Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, milk, 1/3 c. butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Pour into 2 quart casserole.
    Mix coconut, brown sugar, 1/3 c. melted butter and pecans; sprinkle over sweet potatoes.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
