Odessa'S Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can asparagus
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 lb. hoop cheese
1/4 lb. crackers
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Crush crackers and grate the cheese and mix together and set aside.
Grease a casserole dish with oleo or butter.
Put a layer of crackers and cheese in the bottom of the dish.
Put half this mixture for the teaspoon.
Drain the asparagus and liquids together.
Place the asparagus over the layers of crackers and cheese.
Spread the cream of mushroom soup mixture over the layers of asparagus.
Add the rest of the crackers and cheese mixture. Dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
