Low Calorie Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 large onion
    2 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 qt. tomato juice
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion; drain off fat.
    Add cornstarch and spices.
    Add tomato juice and water; simmer for 3 to 4 hours.
    Add shredded cabbage the last hour.
    The long simmering brings out the flavor.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
