Tanya'S Loaf Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. salt
6 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
2 Tbsp. melted shortening
bread flour (enough to make a good dough)
Preparation

Add flour to other ingredients a cup at a time. Blend all ingredients with a mixer until dough crawls up the beaters. Work in the rest of the flour by hand. Work in just enough flour to make a good dough. Let rise in a greased pan until double in size. Punch down. Place in 5 greased loaf pans and let rise until double. Bake at 325\u00b0. If using small loaf pans, bake for 45 minutes. Bake in large loaf pans for 55 minutes.
