Grated Noodles(Reszelt Teszta) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 large eggs

Preparation

Mix flour and eggs by hand and form a hard ball.
Grate on large side of potato grater.
Spread out on waxed paper to dry.
