Peaches And Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter (soft)
1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (soft) and 1/2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 small box vanilla pudding
1 egg
3 Tbsp. peach juice
2 c. fresh peaches or 1 large can, drained and cut up
Preparation

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pudding, butter, egg, 1/2 (8 ounce) cream cheese and milk.
Beat for 2 minutes.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Place peaches in a single layer on top of batter.
Combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and peach juice. Beat for 2 minutes.
Spoon on top of peaches within 1-inch of the edge of batter.
Mix remaining tablespoon sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over top.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until light brown.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
