Old-Fashion Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. bread cubes
    1 qt. hot milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 eggs
    dash of salt
    1 c. sugar (I use brown)
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine hot milk with bread cubes and butter.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Beat eggs; add salt, sugar and vanilla and beat until well blended.
    Add bread mixture.
    Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 the last 10 to 15 minutes to retain moisture.
