Buffalo Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lbs. ground chuck
    2 lbs. Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 or 2 bunches green onions
    1 lg. bell pepper
    2 lb. Velvetta cheese
Preparation
    Brown the chuck and sausage together; drain excess oil.
    Add the spices, onions and pepper which have been chopped fine.
    Cook until onions and pepper are soft; then stir in Velveeta cheese. Heat and stir until cheese is melted.
    Spread on 3 or 4 loaves of party Rye bread.
    This can now be frozen if necessary.
    When ready to eat, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 10-15 minutes.
