Ingredients

6 c. water
6 beef bouillon cubes
3 large onions
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine water, bouillon, onions, salt and pepper.
Boil until onions are tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
Float in each bowl a piece of toast topped with melted butter, garlic, powder and Parmesan cheese mixture which has been browned in oven and cut in cubes.
