Crock-Pot Turkey Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 3 lb. ground turkey
    1/4 c. canola or olive oil
    1 onion, chopped
    3 large garlic cloves, crushed
    1/3 to 1/2 c. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    2 to 3 c. beef bouillon
    1 can chopped tomatoes
    1 green chili, diced
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa (less to taste)
    1 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook turkey, onion and garlic in oil until meat loses pink color.
    Add dry spices; heat well.
    Pour into crock-pot.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook on high 30 minutes; turn to low and cook (many) hours.
