Seafood Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans tuna fish
1 can crabmeat
3 hard-boiled eggs
8 or 10 sweet pickles
3 sticks celery
1/2 small onion (optional)
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning salt
1/4 c. sweet pickle vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation

Grind in food chopper the tuna, crabmeat, eggs, pickles, celery and onion.
Blend vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar, seasoning salt and cream cheese together.
Combine all ingredients and chill well.
Garnish with stuffed olives.
Grinding all ingredients makes a smooth salad.
Wonderful for sandwiches, also.
