E Z Veggie Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag California Blend frozen vegetables
    2 c. shredded reduced fat mild Cheddar cheese
    2 egg whites
    pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (Healthy Brand name)
    1 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1/2 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook frozen vegetables according to package directions.
    Let cool after cooking.
    In a large bowl, mix Cheddar cheese, egg whites, onions, mushroom soup, mayonnaise and vegetables.
