Connie R'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (46 oz.) tomato juice
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    2 to 3 cans Brooks chili hot beans
    several stalks celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. white sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    few drops Tabasco
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in 5-quart Dutch oven. Drain fat.
    Add rest of ingredients and bring to boil over medium heat.
    Reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 1 1/2 hours.
