Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 bananas
2 eggs
3 sticks margarine
2 c. powdered sugar
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 container Cool Whip (large)
1 (2 lb.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large bottle maraschino cherries, drained
1 pkg. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix graham cracker crumbs with one stick margarine and spread in large Pyrex dish.
Beat eggs, remaining margarine and powdered sugar.
(Beat with mixer for 15 minutes or until light and fluffy.)
Spread mixture on cracker crumbs.
Add sliced bananas and spread pineapple over bananas.
Spread Cool Whip over pineapple.
Top with cherries and pecans.
