Presbyterian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, in serving pieces
1 can mushroom soup
1 can water or milk
1 c. raw rice
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation

Spread rice on bottom of casserole.
Put chicken on rice, skin side up. Dilute mushroom soup with milk or water and pour over chicken and rice.
Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/4 hours or until rice is cooked.
