Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 c. ground pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 small pkg. instant pudding (butterscotch, chocolate or lemon with rind)
2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread mixture over cooled crust.
Mix together remaining ingredients.
Put on top of cheese mixture.
Spread remaining Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Cover and cool.
